- Do you offer a free trial?
- No, but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. In case you are an enterprise customer, we’ll provide you with a free 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
- Do you have a free plan?
- Yes, we have a Free plan that includes 5 credits per month forever. The Free plan includes 50 profiles per search and 3-month email conversation history.
- Can I change my subscription plan later?
- Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat with our team to find a solution that works for you, or just simply upgrade or downgrade your plan as you go right from your account settings.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and you won’t be charged from the next billing period.
- How are credits spent?
- Each email conversation started costs you 1 credit, which roughly translates to $1.
- Can I buy more credits?
- Yes, you can buy additional credits whenever needed. A single credit costs $1 and you can buy between 10 and 990 credits per invoice.
- Do credits roll over?
- This depends on the nature of the credits. We do not offer a roll over of credits that come with the subscription, but individually-purchased credits do roll over.
- Can other info be added to an invoice?
- At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to contact our team.
- How do you collect talent data?
- Our data is collected from multiple sources, using various data vendors, scraping methods, and APIs. The data we collect is fully GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliant, but note that we do not hold any of these certifications ourselves at the moment.
- How do I change my account email address?
- You can change the email address associated with your account in the settings of the Krawl AI app. We will send a new verification link to your new desired email address.
- Do annual subscription plans offer a discount?
- Yes, we offer 2 months completely free of charge when you choose an annual plan.
